Terms of Service

1. The Service

Trader Trainer is an educational trading-practice simulator. It lets you practice making simulated buy/sell decisions against historical and anonymized market data, review your simulated performance, and learn chart-reading and trade-setup concepts.

The Service is for practice and educational purposes only. It does not execute real trades, does not connect to any brokerage or exchange, and does not involve real money, securities, or other financial instruments. Any balances, profits, or losses shown in the App are simulated.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Your installation and data

The App signs you in anonymously and does not require an account, username, email, or password. Your practice data (such as simulated trades, drawings, and settings) is stored on your device and is generally tied to your app installation. If you uninstall the App, switch devices, or clear the App's data, this information may be permanently lost, and we are not responsible for recovering it. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your device and installation.

4. No financial advice — important

Trader Trainer does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or trading advice, and nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or to pursue any trading or investment strategy.

• The Service is for education and simulation only. It uses historical market data, which may be delayed, adjusted, anonymized, obfuscated, or otherwise modified, and may contain errors or omissions.
• Simulated results are hypothetical. They do not reflect real trading and do not account for many real-world factors (such as execution, slippage, fees, taxes, liquidity, or market impact).
• Past performance — real or simulated — does not guarantee future results. Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including loss of principal.
• You are solely responsible for any real-world financial decisions you make. We strongly encourage you to consult a licensed financial professional before making any investment decision. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution, and no fiduciary or advisory relationship is created by your use of the Service.

5. License and acceptable use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial, educational use.

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or underlying market data from the Service, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• scrape, harvest, or bulk-export data from the Service, or use it to build a competing dataset or product;
• interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, our servers, or related systems, or circumvent rate limits, authentication, or app-integrity protections;
• use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation; or
• resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.

6. Subscriptions, free trials, and payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold as in-app purchases processed by the app store through which you downloaded the App.

• Billing. The price and billing period are shown at the point of purchase. Payment is charged to your app store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Free trials. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will begin and you will be charged.
• Managing and canceling. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your app store account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
• Refunds. Purchases are handled by the app store, and refunds are subject to the app store's policies. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
• Price changes. We may change subscription prices; changes apply to future billing periods and, where required, will be subject to notice and your consent through the applicable app store.

The app store's own terms also apply to purchases made through it.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and the selection and arrangement of content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the license granted above, no rights are transferred to you. "Trader Trainer" and associated logos are our marks and may not be used without our permission. Third-party market data is the property of its respective providers.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party platforms and service providers (including the app store, our cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, and market-data providers). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their separate terms.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DATA (INCLUDING HISTORICAL MARKET DATA) IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ZERO VECTOR APPS LLC OR ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR INVESTMENT OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR (B) USD $50.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zero Vector Apps LLC and its owners and suppliers from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the App. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 7, 9, 10, 11, and 13) will survive.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
